I am an anthropologist turned marketer turned designer turned CX strategist and writer based in Oslo, Norway.
My multidisciplinary background in social science, design, product management, marketing strategy and writing helps me to envision and bring to life product and service ecosystems that support happy customers and healthy businesses. I pride myself on having both strong analytical and creative skills. I typically fulfill one (or both) of the following roles:
STRATEGic
You will find me mapping the status quo (creating customer journey maps or service blueprints), discovering and prioritizing problems and opportunities (digging into customer feedback and marketing research to identify pain points and untapped opportunities), testing and validating solutions (via prototypes, pilot tests, surveys), and measuring the success of these solutions after implementation.
CREATIVE
Writing is my creative super-power and I am at my best crafting a wittily worded email, landing page or brochure. Along with producing verbal content (copy, long-form content, micro-copy, error messaging and tips, etc.), you might find me mapping communication flows (visualizing how content interacts across touchpoints), aligning customer and brand identity (digging deep into tone of voice and point of view) or conducting competitive content analysis (ensuring a brand stands out from competitors). My analytical side is engaged too through plenty of A/B testing to continually refine messaging so that both business and customer goals are met.
